XYON needed one journey, from first impression through medical consultation to a fulfilled prescription and repeat purchase, live on a date that wasn't moving.
the brief.
XYON's proprietary technology is designed to maximize hair growth for men: a clinical offering in a category crowded with noise and thin promises. The product could stand apart in terms of substance. The experience of selling it had to do the same.
To put it in consumers' hands, XYON needed more than a marketing site. They needed a single journey that moved a prospect from first impression through a medical consultation to a fulfilled prescription and a repeat purchase, all of it feeling effortless. And they needed it live on a date that wasn't moving.
the challenge.
Three different problems wear one interface here, and most teams build them as three disconnected products: a marketing site, a telehealth consultation, and a secure commerce flow. Stitched together, the seams show, and in men's health, friction at the consultation or payment step is where conversions die. The work was to make three systems read as one continuous, frictionless path, and to do so on a sprint timeline that left no room for rebuilding.
the process.
XYON brought us in as technical lead and handed us the reins on project management and delivery. We ran an extensive discovery and definition phase to identify the priorities that would matter most in-market, then deliberately scoped an MVP: not the smallest possible launch, but the one that would make a real impact from day one. From there, a full sprint team built against the date.
the solution.
The solution was threefold, and the connective tissue between the three was the whole point.
an elevated marketing site.
Drawing on the brand strategy and design from XYON's partner Dossier, we built a marketing site that simplified rather than decorated: letting prospective customers find the answers they actually need without wading through claims.

a seamless consultation.
We built a virtual consultation that makes it simple to connect with a doctor and receive a recommendation tailored to the individual. Through a multiple-document interface (MDI) integration, the resulting prescription flows straight to the customer so they can fulfill their order on the spot: no gap between approval and purchase.

Using Next.js and NestJS for the application, Stripe for payments, and Sanity.io for content, we built account management and checkout that are easy and secure, each piece of the stack chosen to keep the consultation-to-purchase path fast and uninterrupted.

the outcome.
The platform launched on its immovable date, with the full marketing-to-consultation-to-purchase funnel live: the structurally hard part delivered, not deferred to phase two.
