Western Union’s marketing and sales team needed a way to demo their SSP software to prospects around the globe in a way that was easy for the sales team to communicate all aspects of the software remotely. They also needed to be able to get important insight on whether or not the prospects were forwarding and sharing the presentations to others in their organization.
The Solution:
We designed and built a custom .NET application that could easily be customized, co-branded and tracked by the Western Union marketing team. This meant that both their IT and Design departments didn’t need to be involved in the sales presentation demos, drastically reducing costs and deployment time. The built in metrics tool also gave the marketing teams the insight needed to see if and when a follow up was needed.
