To position TELUS as a leader in, and bring clarity to, the term 'Home Networking'. The problem was that the subject of home networking was a term that just did not interest or resonate with the average consumer.
The Solution:
We designed a website around a virtual contemporary home using animation and audio to quickly illustrate home networking and why the user might need it. The result was an above industry click-through rate of 5.14%, which quickly positioned TELUS as the leader in the arena of home networking. In fact, the site is still in use today and continually updated as new products and services are added to the Home Networking portfolio.
