Replace the current TELUS Corporate Social Responsibility site, which was essentially a printed report online. Then solve the inherent architecture problems with the site that had been an issue for numerous years. And finally, make the 400 page bilingual site substantially easier to update through out the year so that it was much less static.
The Solution:
Our team completely re-architected the site to make it the most easily navigable, updateable and usable TELUS Corporate Social Responsibility report created to date. Yes, the bar for improvement was low but it’s safe to say we over delivered big time. We have not had one support call for the CMS aspect of the site since its launch and we’re now on contract to provide updated visual design and content strategy ongoing.
