To communicate to a young disinterested audience that the rodeo isn’t an event for old people. And to make it an even bigger challenge – design and built it within an almost impossible timeline.
The Solution:
We used street teams to drive traffic to a Facebook application that let users have fun creating a customized cartoon rodeo poster to share with their friends and be entered in a contest to win a VIP rodeo prize. The result was a whopping 900% growth rate for the Canadian Rodeo Finals Facebook fanpage and the application being made a permanent part of their branded content.
